Instructions for Using Bioidentical Creams (Biest/Testosterone) with the TopiClick Applicator

1. Understanding Your TopiClick Applicator

The TopiClick applicator is designed to provide an exact dose of your hormone cream. Each click dispenses a precise amount of cream, ensuring consistent and controlled use.

2. Preparing to Apply the Cream

• Ensure your hands are washed and clean.
• Ensure the area of skin where you will apply the cream is clean, dry, and free of lotions or oils. This allows for better absorption of the medication.

3. How to Use the TopiClick Applicator

• Remove the cap: Twist off the cap from the applicator.
• Prime the applicator (if it’s your first use): Turn the base clockwise until the applicator clicks a few times (usually 3-5 clicks) to ensure the cream is loaded.
• Dosing: Turn the base until you hear the desired number of clicks. Each click releases a specific dose of the cream. Your prescribed number of clicks may be changed on your doctor visits based on your feedback.

4. Rubbing in the Cream

• Apply to the skin: Using the flat surface of the applicator, apply the cream directly to thin-skinned areas such as the inner forearms, inner thighs, or lower abdomen. These areas allow for better absorption of the hormone. (you can rotate sites)
• Use the flat edge of the applicator or your fingertips to rub the cream into the skin thoroughly. Be sure to rotate application sites to avoid irritation.
• Allow the cream to absorb for several minutes before dressing to prevent transferring it to your clothes.

5. Cleaning the Applicator

• After each use, wipe the applicator’s surface clean with a tissue or soft cloth to remove any excess cream residue.
• Replace the cap to prevent contamination or drying of the cream.

6. Important Reminders

• Wash your hands immediately after applying the cream to avoid accidental transfer to others.
• Avoid swimming, bathing, or heavy sweating for at least 1-2 hours after application to allow the cream to absorb fully.
